The location is central, really close to bus in the winter with snow and Odori Park, Susukino, shops, bars & restaurants and other attractions in the city.

Central location, within walking distance of a fresh food market. Nice building and rooms with good view. Early check in, great prices.

The staff were amicable and amazingly nice too. I had well-organised and huge room with good view and double bed, as example.

Fairly clean fully equipped hotel, well-organised and perfectly clean rooms. Good beds, climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator in the room. Good views, decent location very near to the shopping district. And very close to the park, and restaurants and shopping area.

We recommend the place. The property is well priced and pretty standard and the staff is always courteous! Big and huge rooms complete with double bed and good view, as for instance. The location is great and very close to Odori park where the snow festival was held, shopping street and subway and jr trains. Odori district definitely deserves exploring. The hotel provides an amazing service.

Though some of the staff were very bad, I had an excellent stay. Booked an a twin room with good view.

The rooms are exceptionally clean with double bed, so that guests have essentials. The hotel is situated in the central location very near to the shopping district.

Fully equipped hotel with EXCELLENT wi-fi, the location was favourable near convenience stores. The bed was very comfy, the room was well-organised and huge. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were a nice touch. Location: the venue was very close to bus in the winter and Odori subway station and Close to main restaurant. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Izakaya Irorian, ate there once or twice.

The a twin room was well laid out and perfectly clean with good view. Included a fridge, tea and coffee making equipment, and a writing desk. Central location was a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was great, with easy access to subway stations and a convenient convenience store right next door. The hotel itself was very modern and clean, with no step up to the bathroom and even a clothesline available. The beds were comfy and the room stayed warm despite heavy snow outside. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and the bathtub was clean. We appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee, as well as the mini-fridge and hair dryer provided in the room. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us, even using a translation device to communicate and helping us find a doctor's appointment when we were in need. we had a great experience at this hotel.

The hotel had a central location and it was close to Susukino. The staff was really helpful, kept everything fairly clean and amazing. We got a room with bidet.
